Wellness: A Story Unfolding

Sky: Where Spirit dwells and Wind traverses. Inspiration, forgiveness and new beginnings.

Hawk: The messenger, the interpreter, validating intuition and offering guidance. Coming to ground for nourishment.

Horse: teacher, mirror. How are we in relationship, to ourselves, to others and to the earth?

Stone: the keeper of our stories, allowing us a place to lay down that which does not serve us. Comforting us and bringing us back to ourselves by bringing us back into harmony with the earth.

What is Stone Medicine?

The integration of Spirit, Body and Psyche in balance becomes harmony in our way of being. My goal is to hold space for your journey inward, reconnecting, receiving through your own inner wisdom and  restoring your being via  techniques I have had the honor to learn along my own journey. One of those Modalities is  Stone Medicine.

Stone Medicine as Massage

Your intuition will be coaxed out to guide you on your path. Connect past experience with future endeavors and gain perspective on your purpose and how you might arrive there. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you and allow the stones to ease the physical aches and pains from what you carry.  Stone Medicine is an Ancient Healing Practice Indigenous to Turtle Island. It asks us to look inside ourselves and allow our understanding and connection to our stories and the stories of our history to facilitate wellness; physical, emotional and spiritual*. This practice may utilize Hot and Cold Stones, Massage Techniques, Plant Medicines (essential oils and smudging), Sound Therapy,  Healing Hands and Story to bring peace, growth and comfort to the client.

*Though connection to Spirit and the practice of traditional ceremony are elements involved in this practice in its purest form, ceremony is never for sale. Your payment is considered a gift for my time as a practitioner and an investment in my ability to continue to offer wellness others.
